We deliberately work with a small number of manufacturers and laboratories, whose documentation and ability to deliver over time we monitor.
Choosing a supplier commits the healthcare facility as much as it commits us. Before listing a range we examine the regulatory status of the products, the documentation available, production capacity and real lead times.
Our partners are based in India, Europe and other regions. Their identity is shared with facilities during commercial discussions, where the agreements in place allow it.
Our listing criteria
Verified regulatory status
With the manufacturer we examine the status of each product and the documentation required in the destination countries.
Complete documentation
Technical file, instructions for use, traceability information. A range without usable documentation does not get listed.
Ability to deliver
A reliable supplier is one that can hold lead times across several orders, not just the first one.
Range continuity
We favour manufacturers who maintain their ranges over time, to avoid shortages on surgical revisions.
